PRECISION DISCOVERY FURTHER ENHANCES COMPUTER FORENSICS PRESENCE IN NORTHEAST CORRIDOR

Addition Of High-Tech Investigation Experts Offers Clients Expanded Capabilities

September 17, 2008 (New York, NY) - Precision Discovery, a provider of IT risk and litigation consulting solutions, today announced that Sean McDermott, John Ruiz and Douglas Vitale have joined the firm's computer forensics group. The addition of the three seasoned professionals further bolsters Precision Discovery's presence along the Northeast Corridor.

McDermott, who joins as a director, brings a wealth of experience in the fields of computer forensics, computer incident response, investigations, IT and telecommunications. Previously, McDermott was a manager in the IT risk consulting services group at Aon Consulting. He also founded and served as national operations manager for T-Mobile USA's computer forensics and incident response groups. McDermott has developed and presented specialized computer forensics training and technical workshops to various federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.

Ruiz, who joins as a manager, brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology, law enforcement and investigations. Prior to joining Precision Discovery, Ruiz served as a manager in the IT risk consulting services group at Aon Consulting. He also provided computer forensic services as a senior partner/forensics manager at BlackStorm Cyber Security & Forensics, LLC and as a senior forensic consultant at Guidance Software, Inc. Before entering into the consulting field, Ruiz was a detective with the New York City Police Department, where he investigated computer-related crimes involving network intrusion, espionage and vandalism of computer network systems.

Vitale, who has also joined Precision Discovery as a manager, brings a wealth of experience in computer forensics, electronic discovery, information security and facilities security. Most recently, Vitale served as a manager in the IT risk consulting services group at Aon Consulting. In addition, he served as a senior forensic examiner at The Intelligence Group and as a forensic consultant at Guidance Software. Vitale began his career as a facilities security professional at Hackensack University Medical Center.
