Precision Discovery Continues To Strengthen Electronic Discovery Business With Addition Of Aaron Patton
Respected Electronic Discovery Professional Further Enhances Firm's Technical Depth
April 21, 2009 (New York, NY) - Precision Discovery announced today that Aaron D. Patton, a highly regarded electronic discovery expert and attorney, has joined the firm as a Director. Patton focuses on creating efficiencies in electronic discovery for client engagements, managing large-scale document reviews and acting as a technical liaison for counsel.

Patton, who previously practiced law and advised clients on large-scale electronic discovery matters, brings a wealth of technical and legal experience to Precision Discovery. His electronic discovery expertise includes managing large teams of attorneys on voluminous document reviews, representing clients in discovery negotiations, identifying opposing parties' production deficiencies and formatting concerns, resolving data and database problems, and providing advice on tools and methodologies to reduce costs and increase efficiencies. Patton also has significant experience in working with clients to ensure that data produced and received meet the demands of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the needs of specific cases.
